As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for the adoption of new merchants. This position assumes business development activities and full dedication.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
— Provide operational support to assigned merchants;
— Cross-functional coordination of ongoing tasks;
— Identifying upsell opportunities and growing revenue from existing merchants;
— Strict compliance with established delivery deadlines;
— Arrange tasks in CRM / Ticket system.
— 1+ years of experience in an account management position in top tier SaaS B2B companies:
— Excel and PowerPoint advanced user skills;
— Sales CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.);
— Level of English Upper-intermediate.
